How it works
Within 14 days of your first payment, tell us you withdraw: an email to support@taskplannera.com is enough, or use the model form below. We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportional to the service already provided. In practice, and because every account starts with a free 14-day trial anyway, we simply refund first-period payments requested within the window in full.
