The service
TaskPlannera is a daily planner and life organizer, available as a web app and desktop app. The core is free. An optional Plus subscription adds premium themes, companion looks, and cloud sync.
Your account and your data
An account is optional and only needed for sync. Your content remains yours; we claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to operate sync you enable. You can export your data at any time.
Plus subscription
Plus costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year (prices include VAT where applicable; local currency equivalents shown at checkout). It renews automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period, from the app's settings or by emailing support@taskplannera.com. New accounts include a 14-day free trial; if you do nothing, the trial simply ends. No card is required for the trial.

Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the sync service, resell access, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning where reasonable.
Creator program
The creator program's terms are on its page and form part of these terms when you participate.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent or gross negligence). Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract, and for the free service, to intent and gross negligence. The app is a planning aid, not medical, financial, or legal advice.
Governing law
